Welcome to your newly remodeled Bradenton home base, where relaxed Florida living starts the moment you arrive. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home has an open, easy-flow main living floor plan and a brand-new pool, pairing comfortable indoor space with a private outdoor setting built for spending most of your stay outside.

The living area opens naturally onto the covered, screened lanai and new pool. Sip coffee out there at sunrise, spend the afternoon floating in the heated pool, fire up the grill for dinner, and settle in for an easy evening without ever leaving home — the screened enclosure keeps things comfortable while you still get the Florida sunshine.

Inside, the home is newly furnished for up to 9 guests. The primary suite features a king bed and TV; three additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping — a queen room and two rooms set up for kids and extra guests — plus two full bathrooms between them. The kitchen, dining, and living areas make it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together, and a ping-pong table adds a rainy-day option between beach days.

You're close to the best of West Bradenton, with Anna Maria Island's Gulf beaches a short drive away, alongside Robinson Preserve, restaurants, shopping, boating, golf, and everything else that makes this stretch of Florida such an easy place to vacation.

Optional pool heat is available for an additional fee (see House Rules for current pricing and terms). Well-behaved dogs are welcome here too — one of only two ASVH homes that allow them — with a per-stay pet fee (see House Rules for details).

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season, holidays, local demand and length of stay. Optional pool heat and a pet fee may apply — see House Rules for current pricing and terms. Cleaning fees, applicable taxes and any other selected services are additional unless specifically stated otherwise.
